We're easy to find. The directions below will bring your right to our door with the minimum of turns and avoiding the traffic on Main Street.
Our nearest airports are Charlotte, NC (CLT) and Greensboro, NC (GSO) which are both approximately 2 hours. TriCities Regional (TRI) in Johnson City, TN is about 1.5 hours away. Use our directions below to get here. Mapquest and Google Maps are accurate as are most GPS systems if you want to get detailed directions.
From Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill - Interstate 40 and the Blue Ridge Parkway
Take Interstate 40 west to Greensboro - Winston-Salem. (Exit 188) In Winston Salem, take 421 North through Wilkesboro and then up the mountain.
Exit onto the Blue Ridge Parkway, (before you get to Boone) get on it going South. This will take you to Blowing Rock at 321 south. ( Mile marker 290 on the Parkway ) Take 321 south, proceed past the Shops on the Parkway (Tanger Outlet Mall), stay straight on 321 Bypass, and take a right at the light on Sunset Street. There is a CITGO station on the right hand corner. Go approximately 1/10th of a mile. Look for the Blowing Rock Café on the right and a large Baptist church on the left. Turn left on Ransom Drive. Turn immediately right into the Victorian Inn parking lot.
From Charlotte / Charlotte Airport - Interstate 77
Take Interstate 85 South, to Gastonia
Take 321 north through Hickory and then Lenoir and up the mountain to Blowing Rock. The Welcome sign to Blowing Rock is your first landmark. Proceed on 321 north, taking 321 bypass when the road makes a “Y”. Follow it to you reach a stoplight and Sunset Drive, with a CITGO station on the left. Turn left. Go approximately 1/10th of a mile. Look for the Blowing rock Café on the right and a large Baptist church on the left. Turn left on Ransom Drive. Turn immediately right into the Victorian Inn parking lot.
Directions from Abingdon and Bristol - Interstate 81
From Abingdon, take route 58 to Damascus and get on Route 91 to Mountain City.
In Mountain City, take 421 South to Boone. 421 joins with 321. In Boone follow 321 South to Blowing Rock.
